My 1:1 work is for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, untangle the patterns that keep getting in the way, and create more of the life they actually want.
We can work with what hurts, what keeps repeating and what has shaped you, while also making space for stronger relationships, clearer boundaries, more confidence, bigger ambitions and more joy.
The life you want starts with the relationship you have with yourself

Maybe you’re here because…

You’re tired of having the same conversations with yourself.
Maybe you keep ending up in the same relationship patterns. You find it hard to say what you need without feeling guilty, struggle with people-pleasing or boundaries, second-guess your decisions, or look like you’re coping while quietly feeling disconnected from your own life.
Maybe there’s something painful you’re ready to deal with properly.
Maybe you’re at a crossroads. Or maybe you’ve spent so long adapting, coping and getting on with things that you’re no longer entirely sure what you want.
You might even understand why some of these patterns exist already, but understanding hasn’t been enough to change them.
You may know where your low self-worth, anxiety, relationship difficulties or confidence struggles come from and still find yourself falling back into the same responses.
Or maybe life is okay, but okay isn’t what you want anymore.
You want to trust yourself more. Have healthier relationships. Feel more confident. Take your ambitions seriously. Make more money. Create more, enjoy more, love more and have more room to be fully yourself.

You don’t need a crisis, a diagnosis or a perfectly defined therapy goal to begin.
“I don’t want to keep living like this” or
“I know I want more” is enough.

Past
Understand what shaped you.
We can explore earlier experiences, relationships, beliefs and repeating patterns that may still affect the way you see yourself, relate to other people and respond to life now.
That might include childhood experiences, difficult relationships, people-pleasing, low self-worth, anxiety, attachment patterns or long-held beliefs about yourself, other people and what you deserve.
The aim isn’t to endlessly analyse the past. It’s to understand what may still be influencing the present, so you have more awareness, more choice and more freedom in what happens next

How we can work together

Sometimes the most important thing is what happened this week.
A conversation you can’t stop replaying. A boundary you want to set but keep backing away from. A relationship that is draining you. A decision you’re tying yourself in knots over. Or simply the feeling that something is off and you can’t quite work out why.
We can slow it down, notice what’s happening underneath it, and work out what you need from here. That might mean understanding a reaction, trying a different response, finding the words for something you haven’t been able to say, or using a creative or practical tool when talking alone isn’t enough.
Present
Work with what is happening now.

Present
Work with what is happening now.

Future
Move towards the life you want.
This part of the work is about looking forward and asking what you actually want more of, not just what you want less of.
That might mean healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, more confidence and self-worth, bigger ambitions, more creativity, more money, more freedom, more joy, or simply feeling like your life reflects who you are rather than who you’ve learned to be for everyone else.
We can explore what might need to shift to help you move towards that, whether that’s a belief, a habit, a fear, a practical decision, or the way you’re showing up in a particular part of your life.

Future
Move towards the life you want.

The work isn’t linear. We might move between past, present and future in the same session, following whatever feels most important as the work unfolds.

I work collaboratively rather than assuming I have the secret answer to your life.
You know yourself better than I ever will. I might notice something, ask a question, offer another perspective, gently challenge you or suggest a way of exploring something, but you’re always allowed to tell me when something doesn’t fit.
Some sessions may need a lot of space for you to talk and process. At other times I might be more active, particularly if you feel stuck or aren’t sure where to begin.
Where useful, we can also bring in creative exercises, writing, imagery, practical psychological tools or hypnotherapy. Nothing is sprung on you, and hypnotherapy is only part of the work when it feels appropriate and you actively want it.
You can cry. You can swear. You can laugh. You can change your mind halfway through a sentence.
What does it actually feel like to work with me?

You do not have to perform being “good at therapy” for me.

What changes when you start choosing yourself?

Imagine waking up one day and realising that the things that used to take up so much space in your head… just don’t anymore.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about knowing yourself well enough to stop building your life around everyone else, and start making choices that reflect what you actually want.
Here’s what becomes possible when you stop abandoning yourself.

Your relationships feel healthier
You feel safer being honest about what you need. You set stronger boundaries with less guilt, choose relationships where care and respect go both ways, and feel more able to be fully yourself without constantly shrinking to keep the peace.

You know what you want
You hear your own voice more clearly. You make choices because they feel right for you, not because they keep everyone else happy. You trust yourself more, become more decisive, and start building a life around your own needs, values and ambitions.

Your mind feels quieter
You feel calmer in your own mind. You make decisions, trust them, and move on with your day. There’s more mental space for ideas, excitement, daydreaming and actually enjoying what’s in front of you.

The same patterns stop running the show
You start breaking repeating patterns and choosing differently. Situations that once pulled you straight back into old habits become easier to recognise, and you feel more able to pause, respond intentionally and make choices that support the life you want.

You take yourself more seriously
Your needs, ideas, ambitions and desires start to matter more. You build confidence and self-worth, back yourself more, take up more space, and become more willing to pursue the goals and opportunities you actually want instead of talking yourself out of them.

Your life starts feeling good to live
There’s more room for pleasure, connection, creativity, love, money, rest, adventure and joy. Your life starts to hold more of what makes you feel alive, instead of being shaped almost entirely around responsibilities, obligations and everyone else’s needs.

Feeling better matters.
But so does building a life you genuinely want to be in.

Ready to Choose You?
You don't have to keep shrinking yourself, overthinking everything or waiting for the "right time" to feel better.
This could be your turning point.
1:1 support may be a good fit if you:
Is 1:1 support right for you?
Want regular, ongoing support rather than a one-off session or quick fix.
Want space to explore things properly without having to reduce everything to one narrow issue.
Know there’s more going on than one simple problem and want room for different parts of your life to connect.
Together we might work on things like:
✦ Self-worth & confidence ✦ People-pleasing & boundaries ✦ Anxiety & overthinking
✦ Repeating patterns ✦Relationships & attachment ✦ Identity & feeling more like yourself ✦ Decisions & self-trust ✦ Ambition, work & money ✦ Life direction & what you want next ✦ Joy, creativity & making more room for yourself
Want support that can evolve with you as your priorities, needs and goals change.
Want somewhere to work on both what’s difficult now and what you want to create next.
How 1:1 sessions work

1. Getting started
You can book your first 1:1 session directly, or choose a free 15-minute discovery call first if you’d like to meet me, ask a few questions and get a feel for whether we might work well together.
There’s no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. A particular problem, a pattern you’re tired of, something that has happened recently, or simply “I know something needs to change” is enough to start with.
2. Your first session
Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and for you to get a sense of me too.
We’ll talk about what has brought you here, what life feels like at the moment and what you might like to be different. Your goals can be specific, or as loose as “I want to understand why I feel like this.”
You do not need to tell me your entire life story in an hour. We can go at a pace that feels manageable and let the work develop from there.
3. Ongoing sessions
From there, the sessions become yours.
What we focus on can change from week to week as different things come up, connections become clearer or what you want from the work begins to shift. Sometimes there may be something obvious you want to bring. Other weeks, we can start with whatever feels most present and see where it takes us.
I may occasionally suggest something to explore or try between sessions, such as journalling, noticing a pattern or practising something differently. These are invitations, not homework. Take what is useful and leave what isn’t.
4. Reviewing the work
Ongoing support does not mean therapy forever.
Every so often, we can check in on what you originally came for, what has changed, what still feels important and whether the way we’re working still feels useful.
And when the time comes to finish, we can talk about that together too. Ending can be part of the work rather than something that simply happens when you stop booking.
